Terms of service

1. What we provide

We write and edit job-search materials: resume reviews, resume rewrites, LinkedIn profile text, lists of matched job openings, tailored resumes, cover letters, draft answers to screening questions and interview prep sheets. Drafts are created with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a person.

2. No guarantees of results

We do not promise interviews, job offers, a salary or any hiring outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers. We are not a staffing agency, recruiter or employment agency and we do not place candidates.

3. Your responsibilities

You give us accurate information and confirm that everything in your final materials is true. We will not add experience, titles, degrees, certifications or dates you have not confirmed. You review every document before using it and you submit every application yourself.

4. Delivery

Delivery times start when we receive your completed intake. Resume Rebuild: within 48 hours. Job-Ready Pack: resume and LinkedIn within 3 days, application kits in batches of 5 over the following 7 days. Concierge: kits in 3 batches each week.

5. Payment, refunds and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If we miss a stated delivery time, you may request a full refund. You may get a full refund before work starts. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 7 days of delivery; we will revise once, and if it is still not right we will refund one-time purchases. Concierge renews monthly until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges, and the current month is not refunded once kits have been delivered. 6. Ownership

Once paid, the materials we write for you are yours to use and edit. We may reuse general templates and techniques, never your personal details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Orders already paid keep the terms in place when you bought.
